Party in the USA for real! In case you've been living under a rock, Miley Cyrus was caught on camera getting up close and personal with a bong by TMZ.
In the video taken just days after her 18th birthday, Miley's giggling and laughing hysterically after she takes a hit off the thing. Clearly, she's having herself a good time while supposedly enjoying salvia—a legal, nonaddictive substance. And for that, she takes the Most Valuable Partier title this week.
Congrats, Miley! But who's the recipient of our Party Foul?

This week, that dubious honor goes to Miley, too.
How come, you ask, since we just her partying props?
Yes, what she's reportedly doing is legal and at least she's doing in at home, instead of say, getting straddled by some dude at Trousdale during her birthday party.
But why in the world would she allow someone to videotape her? When you're famous (or aspiring to be—listen up party girls in training), you should never do anything on camera that you wouldn't be OK with the whole world seeing.
Because inevitably, they will see it. And so will your dad.
Not only are we slapping Miley with a Party Foul for the on-camera aspect, but she also drops her ex-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth's name multiple times.
"Ohmygod! He looks so much like Liam! He looks just like Liam! I thought that was Liam!" she says repeatedly as she cackles.
As her friend admonishes her, bringing up exes is a "buzzkill."
We agree!
Not to mention the fact that Liam probably watched the video and felt pretty smug that Miley isn't over him.
Next time Miley, lose the cameras and the Liam references, and you'll be all good.

Just three days after the world got to see her buddying up to a bong, the 18-year-old starlet was "all business" upon arriving Monday to the New Orleans set of her latest movie So Undercover, a set source tells E! News.

In the film, Miley plays a private investigator hired by the FBI to infiltrate a sorority house.
Her first scenes of the day involved costar Kelly Osbourne chatting about their majors, according to the source, who added that "Miley is focused and professional."
Well, that should help, um, clear the air a bit, right?

More quickly than you can say salvia divinorum, the fallout is coming from the bong video seen round the world.
While Miley Cyrus is still partying in the U.S.A. (New Orleans, to be specific), sad dad Billy Ray Cyrus is also putting some distance between himself and his daughter.
And that's not all. We've also got exclusive new information on the person behind the candid-camera footage and one an up-and-coming actor who's caught on tape—and now doing his darndest to distance himself from the scandal.
Here's our breakdown of where things stand...

The person who caught Miley on video during her "bad trip" just so happens to be her friend Anna Oliver.
"Miley is really pissed because they were close," a source says, adding that the two girls even discussed moving in together but now Miley is "pissed."
Anna has since deleted her Twitter account after receieving threats from Miley's fans. No word on how the video managed to get away from Anna. In any case, though, it's hard to believe Miley didn't know she was being shot.
As for the Liam Hemsworth lookalike Miley kept squawking about in the footage, that would be Friday Night Lights newbie Grey Damon. And he did not inhale, according to his rep.
"It was him and he has no comment," his rep tells us. "He was in the room for less than a minute."
And if you thought Miley might lay low after all the hoopla on Friday, you'd be wrong.
The singer went clubbing with costars Saturday night in New Orleans, where she's on location for a movie.
Miley, along with Kelly Osbourne and Alexis Knapp (aka Ryan Phillippe's girlfriend), hit up Republic.
"They were dancing in a private area upstairs where security blocked off their section," says an onlooker, "Apparently they kept saying how much fun they had and how great the venue was. Miley was going crazy dancing when a Lady Gaga song came on. She must be a huge fan!"
And even though the club's website says Saturdays are 21-plus, the source says that particular night was "18 to enter, 21 to drink" and Miley stuck to sipping Red Bull.
One thing's for sure...mama Tish is going to have her hands full keeping Miley in check when she gets back to L.A.
E! News has exclusively learned that Billy Ray is moving back to Nashville in light of his divorce.
"Billy Ray always talked about moving back to Tennessee," says an insider. "That's where he went after he announced his divorce and he hasn't been back since. He plans on making the move permanent."
The family source confirms that Miley's bong party took place in the Cyrus home in L.A. while both Billy Ray and Tish were away.
No word on who, if anyone, is keeping any eye on Miley as she shoots in the Big Easy, but her costars seem to think she's the perfect party partner.
"I luv Miley we r having a blast," Kelly Osbourne tweeted this weekend.

Miley's Bong Videographer Pays Visit to "Regretful" Cyrus

Anna Oliver, the Miley Cyrus pal who videotaped her taking a hit of salvia from a bong, was with the 18-year-old starlet in New Orleans just a few days after the tape made its way all over the Web, E! News has learned.

This, despite reports that Cyrus had terminated her friendship with Oliver, who reportedly had the video stolen from her by an unknown person, who then leaked the footage.

Oliver, who has received threatening messages on the Internet after the video went viral, flew from L.A. to Near Orleans to hang out with Cyrus as she began shooting her new movie, So Undercover, on location in Louisiana.

"Anna was on the set earlier this week," says a source on the film. "But then Miley told her she had to go back home because she needs to focus on the movie."

So how is Cyrus coping after the video's release? A source in Louisiana says the actress is "very committed to the movie" and is "trying to turn things around," adding that "she's working out in the gym for two and a half hours a day and hasn't partied at all. She's embarrassed by what has happened. She's very regretful about what she did and about it getting out."

The source says that Miley's mother, Tish, a producer on the movie, is by her daughter's side virtually nonstop. But dad Billy Ray, who has been spending most of his time at the family's home south of Nashville, has been MIA from the set.

Another positive influence: costar Kelly Osbourne.

"Kelly has been through a lot herself and is being a really good friend for her," says the source.

As for reports that Cyrus was partying over the weekend, our source insists it was an alcohol-free social event organized by the producers as a chance for the cast to get to know each other.

"Miley sat in the back area and ate pizza and hung out," says a source who was there. "Now that the movie has started, she's going to bed early every night."

In her memoir Miley Cyrus: Miles to Go, the Disney star writes that she was picked on and bullied at school, but her old friend Nicole Mullen-Holm is calling her bluff.
She said:

"Miley is a liar who bullied girls and was a real b*tch to everyone. I'm so in shock that Destiny, oh, I mean Miley, wrote a book about being the victim of middle school bullying when she was the mean girl of our school.
Even though we were friends, she was still a brat. I knew her from the first grade and when she and I got to middle school, she just did a 180-degree turn in the wrong direction.
We would hang out and talk a lot at school. Typical girl stuff. Miley became so mean, I remember her shouting at an overweight girl calling her 'lesbian' and 'dyke.' Miley was a cheerleader and was with the 'in' crowd. She was never bullied in elementary or middle school. If anyone even touched her it would have been the end of the world. Her dad would own the school!
Miley is a good girl at heart but I've been seeing how she's been partying and acting and she's looking like Lindsay Lohan. I don't want her to be the mean girl that she was in middle school and I would hate to see her become the next train wreck. She's very lucky and should show some humility."

Tish Cyrus Flies To Mileybird's Aid!

It's been a rough week for Miley Cyrus, to say the least.
That's why we weren't surprised when yesterday, Miles was spotted on the set of her new movie, So Undercover, with her mother Tish. Though she serves as a producer on the flick, we imagine that Tish's sudden appearance in New Orleans has more to do with her daughter's mental state than the flick.
Any support she can offer her kiddie will be much appreciated. Someone needs to steer her in the right direction.
But don't bow your heads in shame, ladies. This too will blow over - eventually.
Not anytime soon, but eventually.

Did Miley Want To Get Caught?

That's the theory of former child star Melissa Gilbert, who is telling sources she believes Miley Cyrus allowed herself to be videotaped smoking salvia because she knew it would some day be leaked.
The former Little House on the Praire star told sources that she isn't convinced that Miley unknowingly let this happen to her. She insists that in this day and age "everyone with a cellphone is a paparazzo," and that Miley knows that. She adds that she's sure Miley's reckless behavior wasn't the result of salvia at all:

"That's bull—-!" Gilbert said. "I think it was marijuana."

Think what you will, but we'll never know for sure. Regardless, Melissa hopes that this incident serves as a warning to teens rather than an invitation to follow Miley's example.
