Cheryl Cole’s Weight Loss Goal

Shes the nations sweetheart and has ditched her cheating husband.  She has a body that most red blooded males want to hold and that most females want to have.
Shes Cheryl Cole and despite her being adored by millions, her diet has been criticised by health experts as the unhealthiest diet of the year.
The X Factor judge, 27, is rumoured to undertake the Blood Group diet.  This diet is when the dieters choose food according to their blood type.
Many top Dietitians have issued warning that these type of diets could lead to health problems due to the fact that dieters are advised to eliminate food groups such as red meat or dairy in their entirety.
Hollywood favourite: The Maple Syrup diet was also criticised by The British Dietetic Association.  The Maple Syrup diet is said to be popular with celebrities such as Beyonce and Naomi Campbell.
Cheryl Cole is allegedly trying to lose more weight before she launches her career in the USA.  The Geordie temptress is moving to LA to be a judge on the US X Factor but some of her friends say she wants to lose about 8 or 9lbs to look her best.

1/ The X Factor: The Final

    When?
    ITV1, Saturday 8pm, Sunday 7.30pm
    Why should I watch it?
This weekend on The X Factor was a veritable who's who of pop music, past and very much present. For Sunday night alone, we were entertained by George Michael, Leona Lewis, Alexandra Burke, JLS and Sir Paul McCartney. Team that with the rest of the show's A-list singers; Whitney, Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Alicia Keyes (by far the best celebrity performer of the series) and you would have to admit that ITV's gravy train, The X Factor (powered by the Simon Cowell factor), has been the most successful TV show of this year. Obviously Joe, Cheryl's smiley little Geordie popstar, swiped this reality TV crown, after putting Olly's 'cool' dance moves to shame with a decent vocal

    Favourite X Factor final moment:
Robbie Williams failing to observe his cue during his duet with Olly. Mr Murs had to get the poor superstar back on track.
    The moment you switched over:
George Michael performing his attempt at a Christmas No 1. Seriously, what the hell was that?

2/ BBC Sports Personality of the Year

    When?
    BBC1, Sunday 7.00pm
    Why should I watch it?
There were other TV programmes on this weekend, NOT hosted by one or more of the X Factor dream team. One of which was the perennial favourite, Sports Personality of the Year awards. Inevitably there were plenty of stilted acceptance speeches, fake tan disasters and audience members uncontrollably sobbing. But what we really savoured were the clips of today's sporting heroes performing truly super-human tasks. Among them were - boxing champ David Haye boffing the Ukranian giant to victory, cyclist Mark Cavendish busting a lung to finish first - gaining a 30 metre lead - at the Arc de Triomph stage during the Tour De France, or Usain Bolt's tremendous - if not a little cocky - 100m 'bolt'.
15-year-old diver Tom Daley won the award for Young Sports Personality, Fabio Capello won best Team Coach and Ryan Giggs walked away with the big boy's prize. Go on Giggsy, you bloody deserved it this year. Watch it on the BBC iPlayer for light relief from Simon Cowell endorsed television.

    3/ Cheryl Cole's Night In

    When?
    ITV1, Saturday 7.30pm
    Why should I watch it?
And in case you hadn't had enough of 'live' music, Cheryl Cole, slick choreographed dance routines, or ridiculous pyrotechnic trickery, here's another 47 minutes of the stuff. The show opens with a chesty Holly Willoughby introducing Mrs Cole herself, who immediately launches into a performance of her hit single Fight for this Love. Wow, we mean Wow. The singing...eh...the electric pink tabard with waist high slit..superb. The baton twidling isn't bad either. Fellow performers (and hotties) include a warbly Rhianna, pouty fembot Alexandra Burke and...Will Young. To each their own...

Kimberley Walsh shows off her new range

We joined Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh at the launch of her new jewellery range for Argos – and found out what her bandmates will be getting for Christmas.
‘I think Cheryl will like my graphic collection because the styles are a bit stronger and Sarah would like the spikes that look like flames shooting out,’ says Kimberley.
‘Nadine would probably like the teardrops range, which is really feminine, and Nicola likes delicate jewellery so she’ll love the feather collection.’
The Kimberley Walsh jewellery range is available exclusively at Argos.

  • Cheryl Cole, Tinchy Stryder: FHM Singles Club

Winter is coming, Santa is darning his hat, the goose is getting fat and Cheryl Cole is setting her sights on Christmas number one. But the battle is on as Tinchy Stryder comes into his own this week and even Kelis takes a new angle at attaining success. P.S. Los Campesinos! are back too. Santa's sack will be chocked full of singles this Yule-tide season.

1/ Cheryl Cole - Fight For This Love

Cheryl Cole is the hottest one in Girls Aloud. We know this. She can sing, this is also true. BUT can her voice alone carry a whole song? With her new biker chick look, lyrics that probably allude to Ashley Cole being a dick, and the promise of a video with pure Cheryl, it all makes for a big pop hit.

2/ Bringing back the 90s: Tinchy Stryder – You’re Not Alone

That’s right you recognised the track name. Yes, you have heard it before in Ibiza at 4am while having a drug induced mini-coma (the good kind). Now, Tinchy Stryder has come and added his perspective. Which, seemingly, is quite lyrically uplifting in-line with the original trance track. Good work bringing this back Tinchy. You definitely didn’t ruin the song.

3/ The comeback: Los Campesinos! The Sea Is A Good Place To Think Of The Future

You remember them, right? Tight jeans, funky hats, do a lot of sitting and staring. Not narrowing down the indie scene with that description? It’s a big band with seven of them, three girls and four boys, and the most famous release was You! Me! Dancing! in 2007. Now you remember that blip on the music radar right? Their new album, We Are Beautiful, We Are Doomed promises plenty more pounding indie rasp grown in a garden of folk, that gleans happiness from some otherwise lyrically melancholy music. Did we mention the girls in the band are hot?

4/ The club track: Simian Mobile Disco Cruel Intentions (Joker Remix)

Beth Ditto of The Gossip laid down the lyrics for this track. Simian Mobile Disco provided the electro-infused dance tune. Joker then came along and took the whole thing to another level of dark, raw, pulse with punchy syncopated dubstep beats. Syncopated has nothing to do with not being able to go to the toilet like it sounds. If anything, it gets you dancing so much you will literally shake it out of you and need the toilet more. That IS what we’re saying. This song will literally make you shit yourself.

5/The future of Hip Hop: Crookers No Security (ft. Kelis)

First Eve and Benga got together and did it. Now Kelis is getting in on the dubstep/hip hop collaberation action with Crookers. The gangster-like pair have taken a turn towards more serious sounds since their hit single Day ‘N’ Nite sonic boomed them to fame. Kelis is as mainstream an artist as they come, and if she’s getting in on the dubstep scene, this could mean the start of something beautiful for the clubs of the UK. We hope.

  • Cheryl Cole has insisted she is far too busy for romance.

The singer, who split from husband Ashley Cole earlier this year, said that in between recording and sitting as a judge on the X-Factor, she has little time left for love.

And she rubbished reports there is sexual tension between her and her mentor Simon Cowell.

Appearing on Alan Carr: Chatty Man, she said: 'I've had no time [for a relationship]. A lady doesn't talk about these things. There is nothing sexual with Simon. We have good chemistry.'

She revealed Cowell bestowed her with Botox vouchers for Christmas, but said that she will probably give them back to him. 'I still haven't opened mine,” she said. “I'll give it back to him ... he could use it himself! But he looks younger now than he did before. Maybe the Botox works!'

    Cheryl Cole Facts

    • Since joining the X Factor as a judge in the fifth season, she has remained consistently more attractive than Dannii Minogue.
    • As part of Girls Aloud, Cheryl has broken the record for most consecutive singles in the UK top ten, with 18 on the trot.
    • Cheryl has four tattoos, including a pair rather near her buttocks

    Why we love Cheryl Cole

Cheryl Cole, Cheryl Tweedy or Cheryl Queen of the World - whatever you want to call the Geordie goddess, it is indisputable that she is now beloved by our great nation, and by our FHM readers after becoming only the second woman to win the title of Sexiest Woman in consecutive years. Considering her humble beginnings as a contestant on Popstars: The Rivals and resulting pop sensation Girls Aloud, she's done amazingly well to avoid the loserish stigma that has dogged contestants before. Remember Steve Brookstein? Exactly.
Girls Aloud nabbed an impressive fifteen top ten singles and became one of the biggest girl bands in the UK. After five albums, sexy Cheryl Cole, Nadine Coyle, Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh parted ways for a yearlong hiatus, and Cheryl has had a hit with her own album 3 Words.
She married Chelsea and England footballer Ashley Cole in 2006. After a four year marriage it turned out Ashley liked to play away, both in a football sense and a shagging other women sense. In May 2010 Cheryl Cole finally filed for divorce after having enough of the 'Fight For This Love' and became Cheryl Tweedy once more. Well, we say she became Cheryl Tweedy once more – she decided to stick with the name Cole to be ‘bigger than Ashley’ (and to make more money out of her new album Messy Little Raindrops, because the Latvians can’t even say Tweedy).
Of course all of these testing experiences and high profile appearances wouldn't mean anything to FHM unless she was so tooth rottingly sexy. Yes, Cheryl has topped the FHM 100 Sexiest Women In The World poll twice in 2009 and 2010, following in Jennifer Lopez’s footsteps after she achieved the feat in 2000/01.
The songstress also became the new shiny haired head for L'Oréal and was voted Glamour's Woman Of The Year 2010. Meaning that your girlfriend probably loves her too and (possibly) won’t mind you fancying her.

Cheryl Cole LA Trip Sparks X Factor Panic

Factor judge Cheryl Cole's 36-hour round trip to LA has caused panic among programme bosses, who now want to keep tabs on their stars 24/7.

Cheryl "nipped" over to Los Angeles on Wednesday, but assured bosses that she would be back in time for this weekend's shows.

She was greeted by dancer Derek Hough and she took the opportunity to meet record company executives.

But her sudden show of independence, taking off without permission, has apparently caused consternation among X Factor bosses, who have clamped down on the show's stars travel.

An insider said: "It's getting ridiculous - Louis wanted to nip out to buy a copy of the Irish World and the Irish Post yesterday.

"It was just a half-hour stroll round the newsagent and back but Simon went berserk, wanting to know where he was.

"Then Dannii had to pop round the supermarket to get some nappies and other baby stuff. Simon sent a studio hand with her to make sure she didn't take longer than an hour.

"The craziest was when one of the contestants went to the loo... she didn't tell anyone and Simon was getting ready to send out a search party when she emerged.

"It was a bit embarrassing really."

Introducing the Cheryl Cole and de GRISOGONO “Promise” collection

Promise” is a design collaboration between creative jeweller Fawaz Gruosi, founder of de GRISOGONO and Cheryl Cole.
Cheryl performed at de GRISOGONO’s exclusive party during the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year, sparking the energetic and evolving relationship between the star and the jewellery house. The ring combines design chic with fashion flair and the first model from this exclusive line marks the release of Cheryl Cole’s new single, “Promise This”. The ring is designed to be worn on the little finger and features the subtle warmth of rose gold and the strength of blackened silver, delicately cut spelling the word “Promise”.
‘I love my promise ring, I’ve always loved pinkie rings, they’re cute, trendy and so cool’ - Cheryl Cole
The launch of the de GRISOGONO “Promise” collection also echoes the singer’s new music video, “Promise This”, in which she wears more of the de GRISOGONO collection.

Cheryl Cole - Messy Little Raindrops OUT NOW!

It took the instant approval of the hottest pop producer in the world right now, Black Eyed Peas hitmaker Will.I.Am, to get the Cheryl Cole solo locomotion steaming. ‘This is how it all began,’ says Cheryl, in classic fairytale mode, of her solo journey. ‘Last year we made The Passions of Girls Aloud. I decided I wanted to have a go at street-dance.  The reward at the end of the show was a guest appearance in a Will.I.Am video, for his single Heartbreaker. We became friends and he said he was interested in working with me again. It was a massive compliment but I didn’t even register it, really. I was working hard with the Girls. They were my complete focus.’

But after the Out of Control Tour came X Factor and then Record company folk began asking if she was interested in Will.I.Am’s offer and so she decided to take some time out to work with him in the studio. ‘The way we work with Girls Aloud is that we’ll go into the vocal booth and do our lines on a track that’s already almost completed. With Will I was seeing music being made right from the ground up. He’d ask my opinion on the beats and the words. He’d send me off to write hooks.’

The recording process gathered momentum after Will and Cheryl had alighted on the gob-stopping robo-pop R&B duet 3 Words that will form the centrepiece of Cheryl Cole, solo. ‘I still can’t quite believe that that song is mine,’ says Cheryl now, justifiably chuffed with the results; a lean sound that straddles an imaginary dancefloor somewhere between Ibiza and South Beach, Miami and welds it to a lyric that sounds as if it were crafted from the finer end of a Geordie text message.'

She says, ‘Right from the start with this I knew what I wouldn’t sing. If I heard a thumping dance beat or a phrase I wouldn’t use, it’d go. If I was going to make a solo record it had to be a record that I’d play in the house. I love what the Girls do. I love the quirkiness and I love that it is our sound. But this time it had to be personal.

The Girls Aloud singer – who is also a judge on UK TV talent show ‘The X Factor’ – can’t think of anything worse than giving up her showbiz lifestyle in favour of an office job.
She explained: “Oh my motivation is absolutely being in the public eye. Like I totally get it when people who sit in offices with nine-to-five jobs can’t be bothered. What would be their motivation?
“I would never give up what I do. I love what I do, I love my music, I love being a judge on ‘The X Factor’.”
The ‘Fight for This Love’ star – who is currently in the process of divorcing soccer star Ashley Cole – also admitted she struggles to switch off and has attempted to take up meditation in order to calm herself.
She told Britain’s Vogue magazine: “I’ve been trying to meditate but I can’t seem to get it. My mother does it, and I really think that actually may be the way forward for me, but the thoughts keep coming in. Always. How do you stop them?”

Cheryl Cole’s New Solo Album “Messy Little Raindrops” With Will.I.AM

Nation’s sweetheart and X factor judge Cheryl Cole has teamed up with the hip pop singer and music producer Will.i.am to produce her second solo album “Messy Little Raindrops”. Will.i.am had collaborated 4 tracks with Cheryl Cole in her debut studio album “3 Words”. According to the source, Cheryl had a fantastic recording session with Will.i.am last week and both were very excited about their upcoming album.

She’s No. 1: The camera loves Cheryl Cole and she loves it right back

Most Americans don’t Cheryl Cole , who became famous in England as a singer in the group Girls Aloud, but Simon Cowell (who made her a judge on Britain’s “X-Factor) and Jay-Z both want to want to work with her and help her crack the U.S. market. Why? Because she’s flat-out beautiful.
A recent poll of 4,000 women in England, in fact, named her the Most Photogenic Woman . . . Ever.
A spokesperson for Nikon, said: “Cheryl Cole was a clear winner and is loved by the nation for her looks, dress sense and friendly nature.”

    Cheryl Cole,

Cheryl Cole: Celebrity parties are such bulls**t

Cheryl Cole hates going to showbiz bashes.
The Girls Aloud star would rather spend time at her Surrey mansion with husband Ashley, 28.

‘People have this misconception about all these celebrity parties, and it’s crap,’ she says. 'It’s really not [glamorous].
'All I want to do is go home. And it’s all such bulls**t, because you don’t really know the people there. It’s like waving across the room: “Hello. I’m famous, you’re famous. I don’t really know you but I’m saying hello to you anyway.”’

Cheryl, 25, often has nights in with her bandmates.
‘I much prefer to go to Kimberley Walsh’s and have her cook for me!’ she tells OK!
‘Just natural, normal parties where you can let your hair down and no one’s going to start taking your picture on their mobile phone or any of that sh*t.’

Cheryl Cole warned: Don't blow it now

The Girls Aloud star risks rubbing fans up the wrong way with her sniping

Geordie Cheryl Cole enjoys speaking her mind

X Factor judge Cheryl Cole’s been warned not to go back to her ‘gobby old ways’ after publicly laying into a string of celebrities.
There are fears in Cheryl’s camp that she could be alienating her army of new-found fans with a string of bitchy comments.

Cheryl needs to quickly rein herself in,’ says an insider.
‘In the early days of Girls Aloud she was written off as  a gobby, bitchy and immature street brawler. But since becoming a judge on The X Factor it seemed she’d gained diplomacy skills.

‘She didn’t even rise to the bait when Charlotte Church called her a rubbish judge. So now that Cheryl seems on the verge of getting back to her old ways by slagging off everyone from Posh to Alexa Chung in interviews, everyone’s nervous.’

Cheryl, 25, slated former friend Victoria Beckham, 34, for not getting in touch with her when news of husband Ashley’s cheating broke last year, then said her fashion line was for ‘older women’.
‘I take my position as a role model very seriously now. I can’t behave the way I did,’ Cheryl said recently, but there’s a feeling that she’s grown weary of hiding her true nature.

‘The reality is that she’s been on her best behaviour for the past few months,’ says our insider. ‘She’s no saint. She swears like a trooper, is a chain smoker and will lay into anyone in an argument.
'She was clever enough to know that she had to present herself well, but now that she’s on the cover of Vogue and the offers are flooding in, there’s a belief that it’s starting to go to her head.'

Media guru Max Clifford tells NOW : ‘Cheryl’s had an amazing year and inevitably when someone’s achieved such success, things change. More people will be out to criticise her and she’ll be asked for her views on everything. She needs to be careful about anything she says about anyone.’
